• Mental celibacy- Don't let any wrong thoughts come in your mind. To save one's mind from flowing in any velocity is called practicing celibacy mentally. Now the question comes that after how many days celibacy is formed, then it is not certain; It is believed that if someone followed this rule for one day, then he followed the celibacy for one day, in the same way if someone followed the celibacy for years, then he got the celibacy for years. But here we are making way for sadhna so that our sadhna is completely fruitful. To avoid the loss that we suffer due to its absence, we have to fulfill this criterion before we fall in the field of spiritual practice. Therefore, it is very important to observe celibacy for at least six months before starting any sadhna. six: After becoming a celibate for a period of months, we can start any spiritual practice. The faster the speed of the mind travels, the more it comes back at the same speed. Now here, there is a need for discretion whether to act according to the velocities of the mind or to control it and get it to work according to one's own discretion. This is where the need for contemplation and churning is needed and this power of contemplation comes from experience and experience is created by austerity and for austerity there is a need for column of semen and when it starts flowing in semen then the energy in the body It is formed by it, the mind, the conscience as it becomes strong, succulent and stable.
• Physical celibacy - Erecting semen physically is called physical celibacy. Again and again the same thing, same idea, same notion comes that mixing semen with blood. I am not talking about stopping semen here, because to stop semen is to play with the law of nature. There are many methods of dissolving semen in the blood, which include the use of Ayurvedic medicines, exercise mainly doing Ashtanga yoga, in this the best way is gym and running and the use of some Vedic postures like Udyan, Unmuni and Khechari Mudra. By adopting all these methods, your white can be flown in the blood. If you apply all this on yourself, then I promise that a disease like dream defect will not be able to come in you even by mistake in your children.
• Spiritual celibacy - To purify the soul time and again, to be imbued with new knowledge, to keep transmitting the original essence of the new knowledge gained to the soul and to make the soul Brahman or to merge the soul with the Supreme Soul is called Spiritual Brahmacharya. This is the final stage of celibacy.
